I am a child and family therapist in private practice in Paul Mn. I have extensive experience working with children whose scared feelings get too big. I treat SM using a multi model method. Treatment goals are developed via an individualized plan that includes involving the child, parents, friends, school and other treating professionals.  

 

 

Therapeutic techniques are implemented using a combination of play therapy, CBT, relaxation training, exposure practices and medication if necessary.
