Dr. Call treats children, adolescents and college students with the following types of problems:
Anxiety symptoms including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
OCD Spectrum disorders, particularly Trichotillomania (compulsive hair pulling) and Tourettes Disorder.-Aspergers Syndrome and High Functioning Autism-Insomnia
My primary treatment modalities are as follows:- Cognitive Behavior Therapy for anxiety, mood disorders, and insomnia- Habit Reversal Training for Trichotillomania and Tourettes Disorder-Assessment, case management, parent consultation, and treatment of symptoms amenable to change for patients with Aspergers/High Functioning Autism-Supportive therapy and coping strategies for all patients and family members.
I am a member of the Obsessive-Compulsive Foundation, Anxiety Disorders Association of America, Trichotillomania Learning Center, Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, North Carolina Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association.
