I am a Clinical Social Worker who is originally from the Netherlands. I got my degree there, and started working in Massachussetts in May of 2000. I have been working in New York since 2001 and currently have a small private practice and also work for an agency providing Social Skills groups and counseling services.

 

My approach is a mix of CBT and play therapy, and in my work with children with Selective Mutism I prefer individual treatment, family treatment and consulting at the school as a mix to get optimal support.
